FMCBC’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. The following are some important dates to keep in mind:

  • March 1 – Deadline for submissions for Spring issue of Cloudburst
  • March 31 – Final membership payment is due based on final membership numbers
  • April 1 – Member Club Grant application forms available
  • April 30 – Member Club Grant applications are due
  • May/June – AGM takes place over a weekend late in May or in June. Location changes each year.
  • May/June – Member Club Grant Awards announced at AGM
  • June 01 – Deadline for submissions for Summer issue of Cloudburst
  • June 15 – Invoices for insurance and membership fees are sent to clubs
  • July 31 – Insurance and membership fees are due
  • September 1– Deadline for submissions for Fall issue of Cloudburst
  • December 1 – Deadline for submissions for Winter issue of Cloudburst
