FMCBC’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. The following are some important dates to keep in mind:

  • April 1: Member Club Grant application forms available.
  • April 30: Member Club Grant applications are due.
  • April 30: FMCBC membership and insurance renewals deadline.
  • June-October: FMCBC’s AGM date is dependent on Board Member’s and Club Member’s availability.
  • May/June: Member Club Grant Awards announced.
  • May 31: Deadline for submissions for Spring/Summer issue of Cloudburst Connect.
  • June 15 to June 30: Invoices for insurance and membership fees are sent to clubs.
  • July 31: Insurance and membership fees are due.
  • November 30: Deadline for submissions for Fall/Winter Cloudburst Connect.
  • October 15: Membership number update requested by FMCBC, secondary invoice sent if membership has increased since March.
  • November 15: Secondary invoice due if membership has increased.
