FMCBC’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. The following are some important dates to keep in mind:
- April 1: Member Club Grant application forms available.
- April 30: Member Club Grant applications are due.
- April 30: FMCBC membership and insurance renewals deadline.
- June-October: FMCBC’s AGM date is dependent on Board Member’s and Club Member’s availability.
- May/June: Member Club Grant Awards announced.
- May 31: Deadline for submissions for Spring/Summer issue of Cloudburst Connect.
- June 15 to June 30: Invoices for insurance and membership fees are sent to clubs.
- July 31: Insurance and membership fees are due.
- November 30: Deadline for submissions for Fall/Winter Cloudburst Connect.
- October 15: Membership number update requested by FMCBC, secondary invoice sent if membership has increased since March.
- November 15: Secondary invoice due if membership has increased.
