FMCBC’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. The following are some important dates to keep in mind:

  • January 15 – Final membership payment invoices are sent to club reps
  • March 31 – Final membership payment is due based on final membership numbers
  • April 1 – Deadline for submissions for Spring/Summer issue of Cloudburst
  • April 1 – Member Club Grant application forms available
  • April 30 – Member Club Grant applications are due
  • Late May – Spring/Summer issue of Cloudburst is available
  • May/June – AGM takes place over a weekend late in May or in June. Location changes each year.
  • May/June – Member Club Grant Awards announced at AGM
  • June 15 – Invoices for insurance (100%) and the first installment (75%) of membership fees are sent to club reps
  • July 31 – Insurance (100%) and first membership fee installment (75%) is due
  • October 1 – Deadline for submissions for Spring/Summer issue of Cloudburst
  • November – mid to late month the Fall/Winter issue of Cloudburst is available
