The FMCBC has several methods for communicating information with its Member Clubs. Learn more about these options below.  Board meetings are held by teleconference and committee meetings are often held in person at a committee member’s home or via teleconference.

Monthly E-News

The FMCBC produces a monthly e-newsletter which is sent out to club members and members of the public across BC. We encourage clubs to share these newsletters with their members and to contribute articles and news from their own regions which may be of interest to others across BC.  Have something to share? Cloudburst Newsletter

The FMCBC distributes Cloudburst, a magazine-style newsletter, twice a year in May and November.  The newsletter contains articles written by FMCBC reps, directors, members and staff which often include trip reports, safety advice, committee reports, poems, stories and some amazing photos. Deadlines to contribute are April 1 and October 1. Please send articles to cloudburst@mountainclubs.org.
